Exhibition Information

There are 3 ways we accept entries. By mail (postmarked by July 12, 2025). Online via the link below. In person during the posted entry office hours.

Entry Office Hours for in person submission:

Wednesday July 9th 10am-4pm

Thursday July 10th 10am-4pm

Friday July 11th 10am-5pm

Saturday July 12th 10am-5pmĀ  (entry form deadline)

Entries in departments G, J, K, L, M, & N your items will need to have a special tag on them before dropping them off to their location. Please pick up your entry tag from the entry office.
